I have now added Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam to my stock. ALL the bonnets in it are Scotch, so it is very hot. Buyer beware...
My standard chilli jam is still available and really delicios on a burger or with some cheese. The Scotch Bonnet Chilli Jam can be used in the same manner or can be added to such things as stir-fried prawns to liven them up a bit.
