Of course, I had not entirely anticipated that a bank holiday weekend at Easter, in Scotland would have such fabulous weather! But I'm not complaining.
These are the jars I have made this morning. Three sizes to reflect the requests that I get. The biggest jars are used by Kilmartin Museum Cafe, and the smallest I sell at craft fairs, on the stall in my garden and to make up gift packs.
Raspberry jam has proved to be my number one seller in the two years since I started this business. I wish I had counted up how many kg of raspberries I have boiled in that time, but I know it is a lot!
