
Today's preserve is Cranberry Chilli Relish. I have made 22 jars of this gorgeous product and it is a lovely red colour - all those cranberries and the added cranberry juice I guess. I thought it would go rather well with a traditional Christmas dinner, but on the other hand rather tasty with cheese and crackers too!
