Even More Zesty Blueberry Marmalade

Writer's picture: diversepreservesdiversepreserves

A picture of Oranges, lemons and limes,

Today I have made another batch of Zesty Blueberry Marmalade having sold out the entire stock that I took to the Farmer's Market last weekend. As I only have my domestic kitchen to use, I can only make it in small batches. Today with both Jam Pans on the go, I made just 10 jars!

People are intrigued that I call it Marmalade, but the fact is that it contains Oranges, lemons and limes in addition to the blueberries. It contains the citrus peel just like any other marmalade. However it's dark purple colour means the shreds are hard to see in the jar - much more obvious once spread on toast!!

Tomorrow, Saturday 16th June, is Armed Forces Day on Lochgilphead Front Green. I will be there with a stall selling my produce. I am unsure what the weather forecast is, but we will be there regardless.
