I am coming towards the end of the Seville Oranges, and have hundreds of jars ready to go. This has been a marathon month and I have never cut up so many fruit in such a short space of time. But it is all so exciting. This time last year I had no idea people would actually want to buy my marmalade and now here I am with my shelves stocked.
I have one final batch to make tomorrow and then I am looking forward to making something different. I think it will probably be Raspberry Jam, but I could be persuaded to grate more carrots instead.
